Little Dax entered this world and has been warming the hearts of everyone he comes in contact with.  I went out to San Diego to visit some of my girlfriends that recently had babies.  Of course I couldn’t resist taking hundreds of portraits of them.  Dax had a full days worth of posing for the camera. 

I have a handful of friends that I consider family.  It was remarkable to see my friend Ali as a mom.  I have known her for over 25 years and this is one side of her I had yet to see.  The joy, compassion and love she has for her little guy moved me in a way I can’t explain.  I am sure most mom’s can understand.
